From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and at ease. The room provided us with a level of comfort beyond our expectations. The hotel exuded an authentic 'French' charm that made us fall in love instantly. The staff's enthusiasm for us attempting to speak French, even with our limited skills, was heartwarming. The breakfasts were simply divine, with the fresh French bread and croissants being absolute showstoppers. Additionally, the restaurant crew exceeded all expectations, providing us with exceptional care and attention throughout our stay. The hotel and its chalet apartments were simply stunning, boasting modern, well-maintained bathrooms and luxurious Occitane products. The rooms were beautifully appointed and offered a cozy and warm environment ideal for a ski retreat. The location of the hotel near the gondola to 1850 was perfect, allowing for easy access to the slopes. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of skiing. The on-site spa area was a dream, offering a relaxing space to unwind and recharge. our experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, with the only drawback being the lack of wifi in our room. Nonetheless, this small hiccup did not diminish our overall enjoyment. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a truly delightful and memorable getaway.

The alpine views from the balcony were simply breathtaking. Being able to wake up and enjoy the snowy scenery was a real treat. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even encouraged us to practice our rusty French skills, which added to the authentic experience. We also loved the breakfasts, especially the fresh French bread and croissants, which were absolutely delicious.
One of the main downsides was the noise. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite noisy, especially if they were located above the restaurant.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. The location was absolutely unbeatable, with the ski lift only a stone's throw away. It made getting on the slopes a breeze! The room itself was incredibly comfortable and clean, providing us with a cozy retreat after a day of skiing. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They even stored our bags and let us use the spa facilities after we checked out. The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh French bread and croissants that were simply the best.
While our stay at this hotel was fantastic, the only downside was the unreliable wifi in our room. Despite notifying the receptionists, we received no response during our entire stay.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, just a few steps away from the ski slopes and with stunning mountain views. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh fruits, pastries, yogurts, and cheese. The room was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery.
Although we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, there were a few things that could have been better. The spa area was a bit small and crowded, with just one shower and a limited number of sun beds.

The hotel's decoration was charming and created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a senior woman like myself. The common areas were tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, making it easy for me to relax and socialize with other guests. I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was for senior people, with well-maintained ramps and handrails throughout the property, ensuring my safety and ease of movement.
It would have been even better if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests, especially in terms of providing assistance and ensuring a comfortable stay.

This hotel is a great option for those who love skiing. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the ski lift and gondola to 1850. You can't beat the convenience of this hotel if you're there to ski. the rooms are cozy and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The noise level can be unbearable due to the hotel's restaurant. As mentioned in previous reviews, the music and conversations continue until late at night, making it hard to enjoy your room or balcony.

The hotel was conveniently located near the ski lift and we could easily ski back to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and had a good variety of options.
The dinner prices were quite expensive and felt overpriced. The rooms were slightly dated compared to the pictures.
